Just made my way into the city for my 10:30am booking which I made 22/05/2025, and gentlemen at the reception advised there is no booking and apologised. He did offer an 11:30am option and issue will be brought to management’s attention. Disappointing when a booking system doesn’t work with strict cancellation policies. Fingers crossed I don’t get charged $127. UPDATE: the owner called and apologised and offered a free service which is very generous but I personally am unable to accept as I’m not sure when I’ll be back in the area but appreciated the immediate follow up.

Disappointing. Booked because it sells itself as premium barber, lady on front desk was bored, didn’t bother checking what I had booked in for. Booked in for hot towel shave, which consisted of a luke warm towel, agressive foil shave and cutting in with a dry razor! The shaping was pretty awful as well. Would not recommend going out of your way, I was the only one in there!

I had a haircut appointment with Mike, and it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend him to anyone. His haircutting skills were extremely poor, and his communication skills were even worse. He started the appointment late without offering any apology. Furthermore, at the end of the session, he took a picture of me without my permission. In contrast, my previous experiences with Nathan and Luis were excellent, and I had no issues with their service.
