We had the most amazing experience at FTJCo from start to finish. We were drawn to them by their incredible selection of gems which would become the focus of our engagement ring. Their team was so patient with us during our visits and always gave us the time to review as many gems as we liked and were happy to give us quotes for each. The way they present the gems and have sample rings for you to try on is fantastic to really help you visualize what it will look like as a finished product. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process and shout out to Nicolette for her friendly approach and quick communication and help throughout the whole process. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and can’t wait to go back to do our wedding bands. Highly, highly recommend checking them out - they have the most beautiful gem collection and their handmade pieces are one of a kind!

I have been eyeing Fair Trade Jewelry Company and this ring and this company for a long time. I saw a ring that I loved back in 2019 or so and I showed it to my girlfriends, letting them know that should my partner ever propose, this is definitely the one. They came through. I love the look of it, but I appreciated the fact that you could get different types of gold, different types of real or lab-made diamonds and just the sustainability of it all. Fast-forward to customizing of the actual ring and dealing with the FTJCO staff (especially Sydney ❤️), I couldn’t have been more pleased, satisfied, or any happier with the final product and the whole process in general. I would recommend them 1 million times over and certainly will be getting our bands from them as well. I love my ring. I look at it every day. It is such a special symbol and representation of us that I’ll cherish forever. Pardon the not great nails and all of that , it’s just all about the ring.

Our experience (mine and my fiancé's) experience has been wonderful from start of finish. Diba and Nicolette were very wonderful to work with. Diba was very accomodating during our initial consultation and responsive with every email and questions after the consultation. It was very smooth process with designing my fiancé's engagement ring. Nicollete was very helpful in store helping us visualise the custom engement ring before final production and resizing once we had the ring. We highly recommend going to FTJCo if you're looking for a customer focused experience and having them work to get a wonderful engagement ring.
