I was not at all happy with my overall experience. I paid a high amount of money and got very little feedback on my exam results and the feedback I did get back to study was not even on my exams. My pre exam to study 177 questions I was acing with only 3 wrong the actual exam nothing like it on there. Only two re-tries also not acceptable you pay for these courses and not a small amount you should be provided with as many retries as you like and to not have to redo the whole thing if you fail. They did not seem to care at all. I also will not be returning until a bit more leniency is shown as not everyone can afford to retake a expensive course out of pocket all over again with zero guidance. No copies provided of the exam you pay outta pocket for. Very disappointing.

I’ve been waiting several years for them to update their certifications for essential accreditations for work. I check in regularly and they never seem to have an update. They must be either lazy or have zero interest in continuing education in essential services.

We’ve been waiting a few years for the Principles of Property Management Representative course to come out and it’s still in the “review” stage.
