My family has been using Mannix since conception and we have come to know Ray and his team. Ray maintains the highest standards, fair pricing, excellent service and maintains attention to every detail. Ray also goes above and beyond responding quickly to questions or products. I noted on a recent review a person marked the company poor. The response from Mannix is self explanatory. Ray and his company are known for their honesty and great service. The person who left this review is clearly malicious. When you call Mannix on an Emergency weekend call, it costs more to remove him from his family and personal activities. Mannix has serviced my families homes for years and will continue to do so. The service we have received is exemplary. I recommend Ray and his Mannix team for all your furnace, heat pump, plumbing services, he’s the best.

Dear Ray, thank you so much for coming out on such short notice to fix my furnace. Ray is always friendly, efficient and very fair. No scamming no over charging. He always explains what’s he’s done. Ray did some repairs on my aging furnace and completed the job to my full satisfaction. He is very knowledgeable and thorough, even going as far as to come the following day to do some adjustments and ensure everything was working properly.
