My family and I had the best service from Maja and her team last Monday. They helped us choose so many cute clothes for work. They also helped my brother pick out the perfect sized dress shirt for a big interview he has coming up. We stopped by twice that day and they remembered our names! Honestly it was the best service we had in the whole mall that day. Well done Lacoste!

Jose has set the bar for what a truly exceptional customer experience looks like. To make a long story short, I had been searching for a specific pair of tennis shorts from a previous season. Jose went above and beyond, coordinating with stores across the country to track them down for me. He certainly didn’t have to do this, but he went the extra mile because he clearly cares about delivering the best possible experience. It’s deeply appreciated, and the way Jose handles customer interactions sets the tone for how I and I’m sure many others perceive the Lacoste brand. Thank you, Jose.

Amazing deals, but most importantly, amazing staff! I was very lucky to meet Vita, one of the employees of this location. She is very knowledgeable with the products and very patient to ensure her customers’ needs are satisfied. She gave great advice and helped me pick the right sizes for the clothes and shoes. She was super accommodating and patient going back and forth to the stock room to check availability of items. She helped me throughout my stay until check out regardless of having to stay longer than her assigned shift. It was a pleasure to meet such a hardworking employee! It really made my shopping experience superb! Will definitely go back soon :) In addition, the store itself is very clean and looks posh. They carry a wide range of products, even those that are sold out on the website. Really a great place to shop!

I bought a pair of shoes for my mom while visiting Lacoste Toronto Eaton Centre. Since we live in Brazil, I carefully selected the correct model and size before informing the seller of my choice. However, the seller was quite slow, taking around 15 minutes to bring the shoes. Now, one month later, after returning to Brazil, my mom was excited to try on her gift, only to realize that the size was completely wrong. Although I acknowledge that I should have double-checked the shoes before leaving (my mistake), the primary responsibility lies with the seller, who handed me the incorrect size despite my clear request. Currently, I am in Brazil with the wrong-sized shoes, without the box (as I had to discard it due to luggage space), and it is unlikely that I will be able to exchange them at a Lacoste store here. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I expect better service and attention to detail from a brand like Lacoste.
