Maple Arc Contracting really showed up for us on a recent project. We decided to go ahead with installing a small wall in our rental unit, that our tenant had requested. We had a limited amount of time to complete the project, and we weren't even sure we could find a contractor that would have time, or even make time, for such a small job. I called Maple Arc, and Josh was great, I sent him all the details via text, with some photos, and he came back with a quick estimate, and a couple of days later a formal estimate via email. We decided to go ahead with the project; we had a week before our tenant would be returning however; it was a short week due to Good Friday & Easter. His workers showed up on time, and ready to go, were friendly, and helpful. The wall was constructed in no time at all, same day & before noon. The drywaller was in that evening for the first round of seam filling, a friendly fella too. It really came down to the wire for us, but only because of our timing. At each stage of the project from start to finish Josh and his team were great, always quick to reply to texts/phone calls, were professional, provided open & clear communication, they made us feel heard, and like our project was a priority (even though we know they are likely busy as heck!). They did a great job, clean work site, and the project was completed exactly as agreed (even with a minor tweak to the original plan as per my request) & the price was as estimated. It was really a pleasure AND, we have them in mind for our next (much bigger) job, refinishing our rental's basement. (That's right, others might want to take note, not all small jobs are small.) Note on the job: Construction of an interior wall, drywall & seam filling completed. We are doing the painting (new colors) and will be adding trim to finish.
