I've been a patient at Mapleridge Dentistry for a few years now. It's a very clean and modern office. I had the pleasure of having both Dr. Yara and Dr. Ko which are both incredible. Dr. Ko oversaw my Invisalign treatment and I am very happy with the results. He was very attentive and explained everything to me. All of the dental hygienists I've had are wonderful, especially Stephanie. The dental assistants and receptionists are magnificent and very understanding. It's not just a dental office, the team here really do care about their patients!

Stephanie is a very good hygienist, warm caring personality, very good at her job. Dr Ko is an excellent dentist, kind, caring, knowledgeable.💜👏 Cons: Their billing system is not transparent, user friendly. Having done accounting myself, it is generally confusing and makes no sense at all. I pay my bills in full after every visit. Imagine my surprise when A YEAR LATER a bill is presented. I have never in all my life received a bill from any dentist or anyone for that matter a year later. Totally unacceptable behaviour on any level! I told them that moving forward, you snooze you loose. They need to get their act together and stop annoying their paying customers.

Of all the dental offices I’ve visited, Mapleridge truly stands out for its warmth and care. The staff are not only friendly but genuinely make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They’re efficient, attentive, and take the time to ensure you’re comfortable at every step. From the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, every visit feels like you’re in good hands!

Today was my first visit and I had an amazing experience. From the appointment booking, to the exam, to the cleaning, the service was great. Everyone was very friendly and professional. The exam process was thoroughly explained before we got started and they took the time to see if I had any questions. The whole visit was very thorough and pain free. One of the best dentist visits I've had!
