Not helpful when it comes to billing. They will insist on booking appointments while knowing full well most insurance companies only cover after 9 months then act as though you should be as knowledgeable as a receptionist when it comes to insurance and billing. Despite knowing this they book for every 6 months without any communication with patients in regards to billing. After receiving nearly $8000 for two children from insurance, they were extremely arrogant and rude about a mistake made due to their booking despite clearly knowing these insurance regulations. I have never had a dentist not be able to get a quote from insurance prior to services however they do not seem to care about leaving people will large bills before Christmas time despite patients being insured and services being covered if it were not for their scheduling.

Dr. Westman was the best dentist I ever had!!! Unfortunately, I'm too old to go to a Pediatric Dentist now, but he is the absolute best. Dr. Westman is so calm and soft spoken and reassuring. As a child, I had no fears for any appointments, I actually looked forward to them. And I seriously enjoyed having cavities filled. Dr. Westman speaks you through everything he does, minimzing any fear. Oh how I wish he was still my Dentist!!

My son loved going here until he ran into issues with his teeth and we brought him to our dentist closer to home. Our dentist did x-rays and there was cavities under my son's fillings so they had to be redone. They were very visible in the x-ray and it was why my son's teeth were bugging him. We had to get them redone meaning my autistic son had to get frozen two more times for a total of 6 in less than a year. Dr Westman is a great person but clearly doesn't have the eyesight he used to. He needs to retire before he causes more issues to others.

I had a great experience with Dr. Shaw and the rest of the staff. My dtr had to get a deep filling filled, and all went well and smooth. She is not a fan of dental visits and said she will return next time:)
