I’m about halfway through my lease and would rate it 5 stars so far. Application & Viewing: Yuliya was on time for the showing, and the application process was smooth. Migs, the intake rep, was very patient with my questions and explained the turnaround time clearly, which I really appreciated. Property Manager: Yuliya has been fantastic since day one — always responsive by email or text, professional, calm, and helpful. She was there for me when plumbing issues from the last tenant came up and has been very supportive in addressing any questions or security concerns. Keep up the great work!! We appreciate you! Maintenance: Every request I’ve made has been handled quickly and with care. From being locked out to fixing a clogged drain, the team has been prompt, friendly, and thorough. Other highlights: The rent payment portal is super easy to use, and submitting maintenance requests online has been smooth as well. Overall, the Marblestone team has made renting here a great experience. Thank you for my new home!!!
