Victoria SeyboldIncredibly disappointed! I went to The Medspa Northwest Hills specifically to address a red spot on the tip of my nose. I was charged $100 / treatment for BBL, but saw absolutely no change after two treatments and stopped going. After consulting with a dermatologist I was told the individual who administered the laser treatment had misdiagnosed me and that a BBL treatment wouldn't have done anything to improve the issue. Because of a misdiagnosis I wasted money on a treatment that was completely incorrect for my issue. I do not recommend this facility or its staff.
