The kids burger came totally burnt, we sent it back and the waitress told us that if the chef doing another one it will come the same, as it’s cooked in the BBQ, I couldn’t believe it from this prestigious restaurant. Obviously my daughter couldn’t eat it and was included in the bill.

All I will say is she was treated extremely well, she’s a little bit of a fussy eater so when she couldn’t see anything on the menu that she wanted sh asked just a ham salad and the chef really did accommodate her. For the past few weeks she has been banging on about having a nicker bocker glory again even though this wasn’t on the menu the chefs made one up for her and my god the smile on her face when she saw it was amazing to see . Thank so much to all the staff and the chefs for looking after her and really making a truly unforgettable experience for her.
