It’s likely that I have used Marcon Construction more than anyone else. The list of jobs includes: 1) Carport to family room conversion (1997), 2) Roof over deck by pool (2019), 3) Extra Cabinets in Kitchen, Renovations to bathroom, window replacement along back of house, rehabilitation of existing deck at side of house (2024), 4) Pergola over hot tub, new fence, window replacement at the front of house (2025). I use Marcon because they deliver exactly what I ask for. Their workers are outstanding and professional. The management team is kept me engaged and informed before, during and after the job. I would recommend Marcon to anyone without hesitation.

Where do I start!? I first approached Marcon Construction almost 3 years ago for a 2nd storey addition to my bungalow. In addition to this, I also wanted the main floor completely redone. To top that off, I also wanted to live in the house during the construction. Marcon made the experience so much easier. They work as a team. My kids and I enjoyed having them at the house everyday. We lived in our basement for 6-7 months. We went through the heavy rain in July 2024 with no roof. Rick was amazing at handling my weekend and sometimes late calls with the inevitable leaks that came along with a job of this size. I want to thank all of the Marcon crew and trades (Johnny, Pete, Jess, Lily and more) for a job well done. We just completed our 3rd major renovation project with Marcon Construction over the past 15 years. We were delighted on all 3 projects! They're consummate professionals in all the trades. Excellent design advice when needed. On-site job supervision is outstanding. Very responsive. Always able to resolve any unexpected issues, which often happen during a major renovation.
