I contacted Service 24hr this afternoon after my car started smoking. John arrived in under 30 mins. He performed a diagnostics test and did some checks and was with us for around an hour trying to find the issue. He was very professional, efficient and most importantly genuine. Excellent customer service. I had an engine failure and called Service24hr for help. John was with me in under an hour and diagnosed the problem straight away. I was able to drive the car slowly in safety mode back to the workshop. Once the parts arrived the car was fixed in no time.
