I often come to this Costa and really happy with the service I get, both Wendy and Maria are very professional and do a excellent job both in terms of customer service as well as an amazing coffee. I would highly recommend this Costa and hope the hard work staff are putting in day to day gets recognition and rewarded for their dedication.

Turned up to pick up my Too Good to Go Bag that I had ordered the day before, and they were closed. Although, the pick up up time on the app was btn 4pm and 6pm; I got there at 4.25 pm. They refused to open the door to speak to me and gestured through the window to go Costa in Tesco, about a mile away. Of course, I get to Tesco, and they tell me they cannot help, as I expected, you have to get your food from the store you hŕave ordered from on the app. They also said that because this branch is a franchise, it is run differently and that they have received a lot of complaints about them. I have been turned away several times, when I have come to pick up my order, and have been told they never advertised any food for that day. Customer Service used to be great there, a few years ago, but in the last year, there seems to be one particular manager who always creates a problem. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Have ordered three times via Uber Eats and every time the order was not fulfilled aa requested. So today rather than another fail I ordered an Uber there and back to collect it myself. The assistant moved at a snails pace faffing about. I asked if I could just pay for my items because she was appalling lacking effort. Then tried to reprimand me about all customers being important. If you were capable of following simple requests when customers order online then I would not have needed to be there at all and we both would be much happier! 0/4 do better!
