I had one of the worst agent experience ever, the agents over there they didn't seem to have any interest in helping me or answering my questions regarding my visa and they did my work really late and inspite that i wanted to submit my visa application urgent and I even paid them really quick on the day we started, so firstly the agent I started with he was a guy and then after few days he wasted my time and he told me to talk to another agent over there and even that was fine and then the other agent submitted my visa application 2 weeks later from the day I gave her my documents and I used to call her and say that it is urgent please do it quickly still she didn't and they did not reply me nicely, on the 2nd week when I went to their office then they submitted my visa application after going to their office and telling them to submit it. They wasted my time and it is not worth it to pay that much money. I did not pay money to get my visa application be submit late. I would never recommend this agency and I am never going to take help from them in future. I don't even want to give 1 star.
