Be very careful and find your own inspector, (she called an inspector, I'm guessing a friend because they were talking about having drinks and going out), but the inspector concealed a lot of details about the home, and also she knew that there was a fire in that house and room sealed, we open the room and realized there were uncovered BUCKETS filled to the top with flamable stuff and car oil. The wiring in the house had to be replaced before the outlets were sparkling, at some point every time we plugged a small microwave the lights would flicker and then the breaker tripped, every single time, We paid $22,000 to rewire half of the house because the main cable catched fire after 3 years, the 2 balconies had structural damage, the basement wholes everywhere I mean on the floor, rats and mice were comming in we have to use cement to cover that. Theres a lot of things wrong with the house but I do not have the time to write about it. Do not trust her or any person from this agency, she also tried to take the deposit because we were unsure about the home, she just wants to get pay. Extremely Unreliable and unprofessional.

Completely bailed out on me for an investment property. I wouldn't waste my time! I read the negative reviews, but tend to not listen to other people's reviews, because a majority of the time they're just being bias. In this case, the reviews were accurate!
