Mariposa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

It's been a week since I've completed the Glad Program under Wendi's professional and friendly guidance. My knees feel great ! Initially, Wendi demonstrated the correct techniques and then under Wendi's and Hannah's direction, they made sure that I kept on track. I love how Mariposa gives students, like Spencer and Anne, the opportunity and experience to learn what they love doing. I graduated to Level 3 and 4 during the 14 weeks and finished off with the black stretch band. I would highly recommend Mariposa Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Glad Program for anyone that has knee or hip issues. I've learned stretches and exercises that will last my lifetime. Through repetition and guidance over the 14 weeks, I am indebted to Wendi. I know my knees appreciated her help and support over the duration of the program. Thank you Wendi. Went in after a fender bender for shoulder pain, came out better than before with improved strength. Wendi went above and beyond in helping me with gradual and tiered exercises. Highly recommend Amazing experience.
