I called to ask a question. There was no one able to answer, but a minute later they called me back. I placed an order for Christmas (20% off sale!) and he said “she’ll sew it tomorrow, and it should be ready for delivery on Monday.” You don’t get personalized service like this on Amazon. Great prices, great staff!

Just bought a two tartan scarf with Newfoundland tartan on one side and Nova Scotia tartan on the other. It’s super well made, warm, comfy, and the perfect length. Sherrie is a pleasure to deal with and clearly a master of her craft. I’ll certainly be back for more comfy stuff!
