Terrible service. Called Halifax and Truro office to get legal assistance with a simple real estate transaction (quick closing on sale of property) and no one was available. I had to leave messages with three people (two voice mail and one assistant). Apparently, everyone was out of the office that could help. I was told I'd get a call back. It's been three weeks and crickets. I guess they don't need the business, so I'm taking it elsewhere. I suggest you do, as well. If they don't take the easy jobs seriously, how good will they be with something more complex. If big ticket tasks are all they want, then leave them to it.
