The pair of boots I found there were pre-worn and I asked the blonde cashier there today if I could get a little bit of a discount she flat out called me a liar that they were not pre-worn she didn't even check them out bad place to shop never again.

Very helpful staff! I phoned ahead and a manager assisted me in setting aside an exchange for me. I had a long drive to get there and wanted to make sure the size I needed was there when I arrived. The item was there with my name on the bag. The staff were grateful for my business and were surprised how far I came for the item. Nice to see appreciative staff.

I was told the store was closing at 4pm on 04/02/23. Seeing was 3:50 and I work in retail I know what this means. I went to the cash with my purchase. Had to order pants for myself and was going to buy 2 pairs for my son. Was told there was not time to do any of that the store was closing soon and I could just do the order online. This woman was nice enough to tell me that I should order soon so I can still get the sale price as the sale ended that day as she walkd us out. I drove home and looked at the cell phone when I got out of my car. It was 3:59pm . Did the online order like i was told , and I had to order my pants and 2 shirts for my wife so I wouldn't need to pay shipping and get some discount i was being offered. I hope that employee got home on time and I wish I had got her name so I could thank her directly because I can guarantee I will never walk back in that store again. I work in retail and never would have do that to a paying customer.

Staff are very friendly. Women's work boots are lacking in stock. They don't have many options for women's work boots/safety shoes at all. Maybe 5 or 6 different options vs countless in men's sizes. I have to wear them for my job and ended up purchasing a men's pair that I wasn't overly keen on because that's all they had. I get everyone is struggling with stock because of the pandemic, but like I said, there are originally only a handful of options in women's sizes. I prefer purchasing online from them rather than in store but I was in a jam and needed new boots asap. Store is clean and well maintained but still rather jam packed with product.
