Paul is an excellent realtor! Very passionate and professional. Always on a top of his work. Any time of the day you talk to him, he has an update. We sold our commercial property thru Paul in 4 months, something what our previous realtor was not able to do even at the peak of the selling season for a full year. Glad we switched to Paul! Even when our lawyer didn’t show up at our closing, Paul stepped up to the plate and finished the closing and explained every document to us. Absolutely highly recommend Paul as a realtor!!

I was hoping to locate one of my businesses to a building that I happened to see Pauls name on, as the realtor representing the property. I called several times and left several messages over the course of a month. Left my name, number, and the property I was interested in. Paul never once answered the phone or returned my calls. I waited several more weeks before making this review, as a courtesy in case he was on some sort of extended vacation. I am not sure I understand what the logic is behind not answering the phone and not returning calls; but it is a very poor way of conducting business. I am sure the owner of the building is very dumbfounded about why there is no one attempting to purchase the building.

We had the privilege to work with Paul on the sale of our commercial building. Having worked with another agent that was residential/commercial I saw a huge difference in Paul's abilities. The commercial real estate world is extremely complicated and he navigated it without any problems. He brokered multiple offers and got us the best deal and took the worry out of the process. He even followed through to closing to make sure we were represented. Couldn't give a higher recommendation if you are in the commercial market.
