Our all-in-one desktop had slowed down to a crawl and was becoming unuseable. Contacted Mark because he had helped us with a computer problem in the past. As before, Mark was great. Within two days the computer hard drive had been replaced with a solid state drive and the ram memory doubled. All the programs were fine, as was our data. And the computer is now flying along like a new machine! Highly recommended.
