They have unqualified people on staff who do not even know that the USD amount needs to be converted to CAD dollars. Don't be fooled by their high ratings - many of their 5-star reviews appear to be fake or paid. Their careless approach to numbers is unacceptable for a service where precision is essential. Hire them if you love accounting firm and accountants who will mess up your accounts, will cost thousands of dollars to fix it , will avoid answering your questions and will never accept there mistakes.
A jRavi is a gentleman, but unfortunately after 4years of helping me an my wife with personal taxes we will be taking our business elsewhere. A recent incident left us in bad taste, the front staff behaved in the most obnoxious manner, even after me telling her that this will cause some bad sentiments, she did not care. If I cannot access a tax professional what's the point? They are busy, that they can't even attend the phone on their scheduled appointment. Well, no complaints, so shall it be!

Arpit JadavWorst worst worst firm ever I dealt with. Dont go to them even if they do the work of free. They never submitted Tax return to CRA and charged full price...upon asking the reason why they were incompetent with their so called "professional work" all the answer you get is R singh and Sonia both are busy and couldn't return a call or email for daysss...what do they think of themselves president???? If you want your financial profile to be screwed then deal with them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
