Is fast fashion a good thing? H&M has plenty of clothing options, but we only come in during sales days, i specifically like the kids section, so many choices, and many were on sale. The 2 floors of merchandise is impressive. It’s also nice they had an elevator in the back of the store for wheelchair use.

Very rude staff! A brown guy forgot to do his job as I told him I am a member and I have a voucher I would like to redeem. The phone shown two codes for him to scan, and he scanned multiple times. I paid with 2 partial payments, and I end up leaving the store with the items. Not only did he not scan my membership, he did not scan my voucher as well. When I went back, he had a lot of attitude and blamed me for not mentioning the code. I told him countless times and gave my phone to him in the first interaction, he was the one who did not scan it in properly. I understand how it is to work customer service jobs, but if you’re going to have a attitude and be on your phone while customers are constantly coming back for issues you created, you need a wake up call. Terrible experience and won’t be coming back.
