The hotel's shortcomings were evident from the moment I checked in. *Unhygienic Conditions:* - The room was dirty, with stained bed sheets and towels. - The bathroom was filthy, with clogged drains and no hot water. - The entire premises reeked of stagnation and poor ventilation. *Bad Service:* - The staff was unfriendly, unresponsive, and unhelpful, they just behave like rowdies. - Requests for basic amenities, like clean towels and toilet paper, went unattended. - No effort was made to address my concerns or provide solutions. *Mosquito Infestation:* - The room was infested with mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. - No mosquito repellents or nets were provided. *Unpleasant Surroundings:* - The hotel is situated beside a dumping ground, causing unbearable stench and unsightly views. - The surrounding area is neglected, with litter and debris scattered everywhere. *Additional Issues:* - Limited parking space - Overpriced for the quality of service *Conclusion:* Avoid Royal park hotel at all costs. The hotel's neglect for cleanliness, customer service, and overall experience is appalling. The proximity to a dumping ground only adds to the misery. I came here for merchant navy course and was facing a great difficulty in finding a clean hygienic room with professional staff. I was relieved when I found this property as the room was sparkling clean and the way manager responded to my queries in polite and friendly way. They even changed the cushion as per my comfort as I prefer hard surface to sleep upon. I recommend this hotel for peaceful and comfortable stay.
