Mark, the owner is very easy to work with. Very patient and very understanding. He explained the process and worked with us. He also did our fascia boards and gutters. His crew is an amazing bunch of guys. Very hard-working, very polite they always cleaned up after themselves. Left everything clean and tidy. They did an amazing job. I would very strongly recommend them . If you're looking into a new roof or you need a new roof, I wouldn't hesitate strongly recommend these guys. I absolutely love what they did.

Marks completed our roof, skylight and gutters this week. We replaced old rotten cedar shake with new ashphalt. Their work was timely and professional. Communication was great with daily WhatsApp photos and updates. The team cleaned up the job site very well. Would reccomend.

I’m going against the majority to say that our experience with Mark’s Roofing was nothing short of frustrating. Although the final product is good, the process was horrible and I can’t recommend them. Communication with Sukh started strong, until the project began and he became less responsive. Numerous problems arose such as the workers causing 4 cracks in our ceilings and punching two holes straight through the drywall. This led to subcontractors to repair the damage, and they were ill equipped, not even using drop sheets or cleaning up their mess. All sorts of debris was left by the crew who then challenged us on what they would take away to dispose of. What was quoted as a two week job turned into 2 months of frustration and scheduling challenges. On multiple occasions no one showed up and there was no communication about why. As I said above, we are happy with the final product and the price was good, but based on the execution I can’t say that I would recommend this company to others.
