Customer experiences
Absolutely amazing experience. I went with pain in my lower/middle back, not being able to tie my shoes or walk without pain. After my second session, I was not only able to walk without pain but get through a full shift at my retail job for the first time in weeks. Friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and every appointment has been less than 10 mins, including the first one. Can’t recommend.
This place is Awesome both Doctors are super knowledgeable and treat you with care and you feel super relaxed after! Def recommend!!! I’m doing my weekly adjustments and it’s lovely!
Well, I see all the good reviews and how patient the doctors are. I'm a 63 year old black man, and both times I went I was talked to like I was a damn child by the chiropractors, 1 woman and 1 man. I will try South Weymouth even though it's more out of the way. I was stationed in the marines there. No, this wasn't overt bigotry or racism; it was just , " I have to talk to someone like you differently, in a superior way." The last chiropractor started lecturing me on not having come in for a while, and informed me that I should come in because I'm still paying for it ( as if I was born yesterday. I was going to a JOINT CHIROPRACTIC in San Diego). He assumed I'm just a ghetto bunny from the hood in Boston (whatever that means). I couldn't even get a word out that I had missed a month because a nose procedure went a little bad and my nose kept bleeding a whole lot before it healed. After that went in one of his ears, he started asking me "Is there anything he should know that would cause a nosebleed, like lying on my face." That was a fair question but everything a chiropractor there said to me was in a very authoritative way, and not in a respectful and service orientated way, as I hear the other patients treated. I was treated as incompetent and stupid, even though I'm a 63 year old marine who has 2 herniated disc from serving in homeland security. And no I'm not a victimization person. I was a 4 decade republican and I'm well aware that people who look like me can talk to me in the exact same manner...but hey, this is the Boston area. California is different. Responding to reply: Yeah, I'm sure others were treated better
I always leave my visits feeling so relieved and truly heard. The care and attention I receive every time make such a difference. I really appreciate how they take the time to listen and address what my body needs; it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!
