Jake was absolutely the best electrician, very informative, very mindful, very nice and appreciated. He pointed out so many hazards in my home (As I’m a new homeowner of 5 years) that I was unaware of. I have 3 toddlers and my elderly mother to take care of, and Jake cared so much and was determined to get me and my kids home safe before he left because these were fire hazards, it’s an old home. I just appreciate great technicians that actually come out and do the job with a big heart. Thank you so much, it’s not cheap but these guys work makes it worth it so that you know your safer than before. Jake called his team of experts Dylan, and Nick, they were the best to come assist and was so informative worked in -0 weather to get the job done but better yet was concerned about our safety. I definitely recommend these guys because if they seen something they said something! Best team in the city. Be very mindful they spent 6 hours dedicated to my home. Look nowhere else!

Our 23yr old furnace went down and it was headed to -19 that night. Chris was prompt, took time to explain everything in detail and friendly. Justin was scheduled for the 7am call next day and clearly explained our options for a new furnace. He completed the order and got us another 7am appt, for install. The team that put in the new system (Carrier furnace/AC/April Air humidifier/Ecobee thermostat were on time, professional and did an overall great job! We highly recommend Hero!

I wanted an exterior in-use weatherproof outlet installed in front of my home that was tied into an interior outlet so I could plug in some Christmas decorations in my landscaping. My technician Caleb came out and gave me an estimate that was very reasonable compared to the estimates I received from two other electrical companies. He didn't have the kind of outlet in his stock that I had in mind, (I'm very picky), but we found one from a big box store and he used that one. I had to make two appointments because I live in an Association and needed to get approval from our Board of Directors before he could do the work. Caleb was on time for each appointment. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and was done in about an hour! (The previous electricians I had estimates from said it would take two technicians two hours to complete the project). I would definitely recommend HERO and Caleb for Electrical work.
