We called Keagan after our daughter was born but had a few reservations before doing so. First my wife is vegetarian and I am not, she also has additional food restrictions post partum (no dairy no soy) and we have a dog who is sometimes quite hyper with new visitors and we didn’t really know what to expect. Fast forward a few months and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Keagan is just an extremely pleasant person to meet and host, she curated personal menus filled with specific ingredients we like, handled all of the online grocery legwork, was super patient and kind with our dog and left our kitchen clean and organized. The entire experience has been so convenient and even better than we hoped, and most importantly the food has been fantastic, healthy and varied. I would recommend NYC Meal Prep to anyone even slightly considering, you won’t be disappointed.

I can’t recommend Keagan and her team enough. I hired NYC Meal Prep when I had my first son. With the transition to being a new mom and the calorie demands of breastfeeding I found myself both ravenous all of the time yet with no time to cook / eat! Keagan supports me with weekly meal prep that is delicious, healthy, and flexible to meet my dietary restrictions. I actually can’t believe how delicious the food is given all the restrictions I’ve put on her! The logistics are seamless - Keagan takes care of the grocery order with only final approval by me and comes to my home to cook. She leaves the kitchen spotless, sometimes even actually helping to leave it more clean than she found it. And she organizes everything in my fridge for easy access. We love having Keagan cook for our family. Her fruit muffins are a favorite—always fresh, moist, and not overly sweet. They’re much healthier than store-bought, and you can tell she’s thoughtful about ingredients. She’s great at accommodating picky eaters, and her granola, protein balls, and ham and cheese sandwiches are our go-to snacks before hockey practice. Tuesdays are always something to look forward to because that’s when Keagan comes. Her cooking brings comfort and ease to our week—we’re so grateful to have her!

Keagan and Chef Lucas have been doing my meal prep and I’ve been very pleased with the service. The meals are thoughtfully prepared, delicious and healthy. I like that the meals are completely customisable but that I’m also able to try new and creative suggestions each week. I’m counting calories/macros and Keagan was able to cater to my needs. Would highly recommend for any busy and nutrition focused professional!
