Holmes & Hills were excellent. Sarah Kirby who handled both the sale of my flat and the purchase of a house went above and beyond. The communication was excellent, including getting replies in the evenings, on weekends and when she was on holiday. The rest of the team were also great. The fees are on the pricier side of things but given the service, I feel it was worth it.

It was horrible! I had Jack Ball on my case and they were the worst!!! I lost the purchase on the house thanks to them! It was a simple one bed flat, there was nothing complicated to the purchase. They were so incompetent! I had to keep chasing them asking for answers, updates on the progress on my purchase. There was absolutely NO communication from them on anything! I would not recommend them to anyone! They were the worst!
