Thanks Martin for a job well done! During my experience, I got the opportunity to see the Martin Exteriors group work as a team to really provide some great customer service! From my first interaction with their Director of Operations set things off on a good note. She was very friendly and was able to promptly turn around a service request based on the needs described. Our sales Rep. Matt Tanner was able to quickly come over, assess the issues and provide recommendations. It was obvious that his experience helped him to truly be knowledgeable in the field while also helping me to understand the situation and needs. Throughout my time working with him, he was very communicative, professional, and friendly, and I never had to guess what was going on. I also got support from Rigo and Amanda throughout. Both stepped in to help ensure a great experience and prompt replies. Together the team delivered and fixed our issues with our soffits, fascia, chimney flashing, and shingles. It's not often that you get to deal with such friendly and professional folks - everyone really did a great job, and we couldn't be happier!!

Martin Exteriors was referred to me by a friend who recently used them and had a fantastic experience. I reached out to Justin and Trish who were very responsive. We met and they stayed involved through the entire roof inspection process after we had hail damage. Any questions I had Justin and Trish responded to almost immediately. They were very thorough and on top of the new roof install from start to finish. Very happy I went with Martin Exteriors!

We had a very good experience working with Martin's Exteriors Roofing & Siding. Our roof sustained some damage from a storm and Chad did a wonderful job walking us through the process of getting it replaced and helping us with any questions or concerns we had. Loving our new roof!

Reapercussion

Left 2 shingle piles in my yard, bits of shingle trailing around the house, just found a new piece in the yard today that must have been left on the roof. Original tech got fired then i didnt hear from them for weeks. Had to keep asking them to send the repair tech out after i payed for repairs.
