Absolute rubbish, first they cancelled my policy the DAY OF the accident and were trying to say I would have to pay out of pocket, and it took them forever to fix that, and now every time I call I get sent to voicemail and NEVER got a call back despite leaving voicemails. It would never be this hard with reputable insurance companies like Statefarm, Allstate, or even Peogressive. To top it all off they said that I failed to co-operate with MAI in the investigation of this loss or claim. More like they failed to co-operate with me. They need to be investigated by the BBB because a company taking thousands of dollars from me per year should not have these issues.
The adjuster who assigned to our claim has been extremely unresponsive and difficult to work with throughout our claim process. We were hit by a policyholder under Maryland Auto Insurance, unfortunately, despite multiple calls and emails, we have received no response or meaningful communication from out adjuster. It’s incredibly frustrating to experience such a lack of follow-through, especially when we’re simply trying to resolve a legitimate claim. If your company is responsible for covering the damages, you should honor that obligation promptly. Delays and avoidance not only damage your credibility but may ultimately drive customers away.
The WORST insurance to deal with. My car has been hit by someone who has this insurance by this company and ITS BEEN OVER THREE MONTHS AND THEY HAVE YET TO CALL ME BACK ABOUT WHERE TO DROP MY CAR OFF. BRANDY JACKSON IS THE WORST CLAIM ADJUSTER WHO NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY. Has stated multiple times through phone call and email that she will have this issue resolved but I have YET to hear ANYTHING back. Hope to get this resolved immediately. This is just ridiculous.
