I worked with this company to secure fund to purchase and rehab a property in Washington DC. I submitted all documents requested, everything went smoothly and finally we reached an agreement for the fund amount (%) , interest rates and terms. I accepted the agreement and everything was fine until they changed their mind and comeback with anew agreement. I already started dealing with contractor and paid EMD with the Title company when they changed the rule on me on the middle of the game and left me up on air!. I have a very bad experience with this company .
