Mike and his crew can pretty much do anything! They’ve helped us with several projects already and I’m really impressed with their knowledge and quality of work. Communication throughout each project has been great. The whole team is thorough, professional, and friendly. Complete bathroom remodel photos below!

I'm giving Mike the benefit of the doubt and giving 3 stars instead of 2 because there were some obstacles to our direct communication due to the circumstances of the work he was performing. We had to have his team come back 2-3 times due to incomplete or improper work. And he was pretty difficult to schedule with - only offered small windows of time during work days to actually meet at the job site. He was, however, fairly good at being available by phone. A few of the specific complaints (with pictures): Promised to put heat resistant tape on a vent pipe that had a bad joint - only put two screw straps instead. Installed some stair supports, but drilled the holes in the wrong spot initially and didn't patch the bad holes after installing the supports in the right place. Our side porch door had a tricky latch but worked overall (closed flat and latched shut). After his team was here the latch was completely busted and the door no longer closed. (Someone got impatient with the latch and just kicked the door open and busted it.) His guys did their cutting on the front porch and left a ton of sawdust.

Maryland Professional Contractors is guaranteed to go above and beyond. When we needed floors, walls, electric and plumbing done for a house renovation, we could have gone anywhere but I’m so happy we went with these guys. Mike and his crew are timely, professional, and do high quality work.
