A true chiropractor will give you stretch routines to follow religiously on your own at home so that you can improve your conditions on your own even without him. So if you’re in pain, I hope you can understand the balance he has to keep between being a doctor and a businessman. I recommend you to exercise to raise your heart rate and raise body heat to break a little sweat and religiously stretch afterwards along with eating right and living right. That is the only way your body will truly heal. This is the truth.
