Mason's Plumbing and Heating

[EDIT: Immediately after I left this review they called and reduced my bill by about 5%, so I've bumped my review up by a star. It's unfortunate that it took me several polite emails and a bad review to achieve action.] I had a bad experience with this company. I hired them for a pretty simple 1 day job, in part to feel them out ahead of more major work. Part way through the day they left to go to another job site, presumably to a more important customer. I had hired them for something I could normally have done myself because I was on crutches with a torn Achilles tendon, and when they abandoned my job they left behind a mess for me to clean up. It took several weeks for them to come back to finish the job. Unfortunately the owner wasn't willing to make any reduction to my bill to compensate for the disruption in service, not meeting the planned schedule, and the crew leaving a mess behind. Overall, pretty disappointing as they are my local contractor. A simple apology and even a small reduction in my bill would have gone a long way for customer satisfaction and retention. I'll be looking for another contractor to do a larger job.

I have had several interactions with the Mason's team and they are always professional and efficient. Much appreciated for the great work!

I’d like to amend my previous review. I highly recommend because they stand by them work. Highly ethical.
