I've been going to Neponset Health Center for over five years. When I first started, I wasn’t very happy with how things were run, but I’ve seen a lot of improvement over time. Now, when I arrive on time for my appointments, I’m usually called in within minutes. My doctor takes the time to focus on my concerns without constantly leaving the room to see other patients, which I really appreciate. I never feel rushed, even when I have multiple issues to discuss, everything is addressed thoroughly. I also consistently receive follow-up mail for anything I’ve asked about, which shows great attention to detail. Recently, I had to schedule several appointments while preparing for a new job, and I was able to book same-day visits with no hassle. I truly appreciate the care and efficiency the team provides. The improvements over the years have been noticeable, and I’m grateful for the service at Neponset Health Center.

Entire staff from front desk to nurses, and specially doctor Wendy Gray, are friendly, understanding to my needs and very helpful & knowledgeable. And, the doctor follows up after annual physical by phone, to inform me of my results and if necessary, offer solutions for making my health better and being concerned about my health. Overall, they deserve 5 stars from the moment I walked in for my appointment until I walked out of there and tbh their follow up by phone to keep me informed of my results.

Cailyn is an amazing young lady,that is helping me find an apartment. She's patient and understanding. Definitely a good addition to the clinic. I'm hoping I find a new apartment soon,so we can work on other goals! 🙂
