I was really disappointed with the RMT service I received at this location. My massage time was cut short and, although my therapist was very nice, she talked through much of the session despite my request for a quiet appointment on the intake form (don’t include this as an option if it isn’t going to be honoured). She also loudly chewed gum throughout the session, which felt unprofessional and made it difficult to relax. At the end, she left abruptly without offering water, saying goodbye, or reminding me to get up slowly — something I’ve come to expect as standard at other Massage Addict locations. I may consider coming back to try a different therapist, as I’ve used Massage Addict for years and have always had great experiences elsewhere, but overall this was not a great first impression of this location. I left quite disappointed and hope my next visit will be a more positive one.

I recently relocated to the area and was searching for a massage therapist, fully expecting to “shop around” before finding the right fit. Luckily, Christopher was available, and I’m so grateful I booked with him. I immediately scheduled a follow-up appointment right after my first session. From the very beginning, Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about his work. As someone who gets bi-weekly massages and has seen many therapists, I can confidently say his approach stood out. He was incredibly respectful and mindful throughout the entire session, which made a big difference in my overall experience. I’ve been dealing with persistent pain behind my shoulders, and I felt noticeable relief right after the massage. On top of that, he took the time to show me a few simple stretches to help manage the discomfort between sessions. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and delivers a top notch massage, I highly recommend Christopher! 😊

Easily the best massage I’ve gotten in years. I get deep tissues massages done every two months. I had so many tension knots and painful headache before walking in today, and Loki was my RMT today. He was phenomenal and professional. I like pressure, extreme pressure and his deep tissue massage did it for me. I walked out with bright eyes and no pain whatsoever. Very much relieved and will be booking my follow ups with him. Thank you so much, will recommend to everyone.
