I had a wonderful experience with Nancy at Massage Addict. She is very professional, attentive, and makes sure you feel comfortable throughout the session. Her technique is excellent, and she really takes the time to focus on problem areas. After my massage, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. Nancy provides outstanding service, and I highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a great massage experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with my recent massage appointment. I went in expecting a relaxing and therapeutic session, but unfortunately it was the opposite. My appointment was scheduled for one hour, but the therapist, Navneet, ended the session about seven minutes early. Throughout the massage, it felt like she didn’t really know what she was doing — there was no pressure, no technique, and I honestly felt like she was just passing time rather than providing a proper treatment. Having been receiving massages for several years, I can confidently say this was the least effective and most unsatisfying session I have ever had. A massage should leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and cared for, but instead I walked away frustrated and disappointed. This experience was far below the professional standard I have come to expect, and I truly hope the clinic addresses this so other clients don’t leave feeling the same way. I really want to know what are the next steps here………
Really disappointing in how they handled my mom's appointment. I booked her 2 weeks ago for an appointment for today, with a specific therapist however they changed the therapist without calling about it or sending an SMS on the change. You find out on the day of the appointment that you are scheduled with someone else and then they won't let you cancel it without charging you money, as it is less than 24 hours notice. Rather than apologizing on not notifying the customer on the change, they instead argue with you and tell you that you booked wrongly. It is after my mom got home and opened her email that she found out she never booked wrongly, they were just trying to mislead her. I have been coming here for nearly a year now, but this has really disappointed me. You need to work on communicating and being transparent with your customer on any changes that occur!!! I have an appointment tomorrow and I am hoping they haven't changed it last minute without informing me EDIT: I went in today for my appointment and they told me they cancelled my appointment. I had booked my original appointment for Monday ( or Tuesday?) this week but then was informed the therapist is not available at that time so I got it cancelled. I told them I will rebook and I did on the same day, through their website for today. However I just went in and was informed that it was already cancelled. By Whom?!? If you are cancelling appo
