This is the worst Massage Addict. They do not care about their clients time, gas , or money. I got a call from massage addict from Serena saying the person that had to give my massage Dildeep cannot come in. She cancelled 4 MINUTES before my appointment. I live 28 minutes away. Prior to this, I was booked with another lady named Urvi Chavla and they called me to tell me she's taking a day off. So they booked me with Dildeep. Who cancelled. This is unacceptable. How do you cancel last minute when your first appointment is at 9am. Still waiting for the manager Sahil. Serena is arguing with me saying she called 10 min prior to her schedule client appointment to tell her workplace she cannot come in. This is not right. Manager should be aware of what's going on and also, his workers to cancel at an appropriate time. I spoke with the manager and told him that there has to be a certain time that your workers should be calling in and not last minute. If they cannot call in then a family member or friend or let a co-worker know. Thats why work places get emergency contacts! Very unprofessional. I will not return here. The manager said that he's sorry about this and that this is the issue he is working on with his staff. So clearly, it's not the first time it happened. Not good business or customer service.

I had a great experience with Youssef Marcos. He is very professional and really focused on fixing the pain rather than just passing the session time. He applied the right amount of pressure with his hands and worked on the tight areas with care. I felt a lot better after the treatment and could tell he genuinely wants to help his clients heal. He is highly skilled in massage, acupuncture, and cupping. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for someone dedicated and skilled.
