She was very respectful and professional throughout and created such a peaceful environment. I felt genuinely cared for from beginning to end. Polite and welcoming right from the front desk. Went in for a simple eyebrow threading and made it very clear exactly what I wanted. The lady completely ignored my instructions and did whatever she felt like. My eyebrows look awful — uneven, overdone, and nothing like what I asked for. When I pointed it out, she tried to justify it and said, “They’ll grow back in a week,” as if that somehow made it acceptable. I’ve had my brows done perfectly elsewhere, but I decided to give this place a chance because I was referred — big mistake. I’ll gladly drive the extra distance next time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about how they look.

I chose this spa for its high rating and lovely reviews, and I requested Beverly specifically because she had many positive reviews that mentioned her facial services. All the amazing reviews really lived up to the hype! Beverly’s blend of professionalism and humour made this spa experience unforgettable for my mom. She clearly loves her job and is great at it. The spa itself is serene and tidy, and the rest of the staff are lovely as well. They were super helpful over email leading up to my moms appointment and made sure I had all my questions answered.
