He has an incredible ability to tune into exactly what your body needs—using just the right amount of pressure and always listening closely to any concerns or preferences. Clean center and nice receptionist.But using cold oil and cold hand to give the massage is not pleasant. They do not use hot towels as well. Whole body massage but not including hands,lower back, feet and upper leg, She also did not massage both side of my body the same. It was not a good and relaxing experience at all

The massage was great but the RMT when she found out I was married started asking whether I was trying to get pregnant. She was trying to sell acupuncture which she claims helps women get pregnant. It's uncomfortable when people assume that because the client is of a certain age/gender and married that pregnancy is their goal, it's also awkward to have this conversation with a stranger. I just brushed it off and said thank you for the information, but for many it is a sensitive topic. I am sure she is coming from a kind/helpful place, but you don't know what the person on the table has been through in her life (miscarriage, fertility troubles, trauma), so please be sensitive to that and don't bring these things up during a regular massage if the clients don't inquire about it specifically. It is not a relaxing or easy topic for some people.

Very unprofessional receptionist, with poor communication skills. Call them to reschedule my appointment as i have emergency work meeting . But he is insisted to pay me a " no show payment" . He didnot even offer me another massager or any other option. He was so rude and unprofessional. I will never use Massage addict again.
