This was my third visit to this place. While the overall service and treatments are good, I was very disappointed with the front desk experience during my last visit. It was my first time seeing this particular staff member, and unfortunately, she showed very poor customer service skills. Her attitude came across as dismissive, and her responses made me feel uncomfortable rather than welcomed. The business itself offers good services, but front desk staff play an important role in creating a positive first impression. I would prefer to go somewhere where the front desk team is friendly, approachable, and helpful when answering questions about services, memberships, and other inquiries.

Receptionist was taking a call on her personal cell phone speaking in some sort of Indian language and told me to wait so she could see if my session was covered. I stood at the reception desk almost 5 minutes waiting for her to finish call. She finished her call, looked at a piece of paper for a second and then said I was covered by insurance. Way to ruin my blissful experience. She could have just given me a thumbs up instead of me waiting for her to finish her phone call. Now I know why I can't reach anyone on the reception line everytime I call to make an appointment. They're on their cell phone taking personal calls.

Vijay has magical hands. I went in for an Indie Head massage last week and he took away the migraines I’ve had the last 2 months. Today I had a deep tissue back massage and he worked every knot completely out. Thank you and bless up. 🙏🏻

Dr. Laura has completely changed my life in only a few sessions. She has decades of experience as a chiropractor, and explained things in a way that made sense. She has a soft spoken nature that really puts you at ease. I had no idea how debilitating the tension in my body was until it started to disappear. My anterior pelvic tilt, forward neck posture, and lower back pain were so significantly improved after an adjustment, I knew this was the missing piece of the puzzle. Chiropractic care combined with targeted strengthening exercises and stretch therapy seem to be exactly what I need, I’m so grateful to Ayad and Dr Laura.
