Massage Addict Sarnia

The past FIVE times I’ve booked a massage it always gets cancelled the morning on the day of - I’ve tried different RMTs, different days of the week, different reasons. Still always gets cancelled. This used to be my go-to spot, but it’s been very disappointing this year.

Very disappointed with massage addict. Had a Worst massage ever. I was there for one hour massage. Firstly Lauren came late and after i went in there i told her my concern . She was literally just touching in one spot and won't do anything for 5mins. I thought it was just a beginning but it was continuing same thing. I thought she was literally sleeping in between the massage. Iwas there expecting massage. I guess she forgot that it was massage center. Very very very frustrating. Wasted my money If there was 0star option I wouldn't hesitate. Please don't waste people time if you feel tired just let us know we will book next time .

I’ve been there 2 times now and have had an absolutely terrible experience. the first time, the masseuse started opening the door before I was under the cover, I had to call out “Wait!” 3 times before she realized and closed the door again, and my shoulders still hurt after. This time though was terrible, the pressure was so hard and so painful that I started silently crying and found it uncomfortable to breath during the massage, and now the day after I am in excruciating pain every time I try to move my back, if I could give a 0 star review I would
