Mila is an incredibly skilled and empathetic therapist. She is a wonderful listener who really incorporates your comments and problems into the therapy she applies. She is also uncommonly good at getting feedback and adjusting the therapy accordingly. I came in recently with an injury from working out and she did a terrific job of isolating the problem area and working on it with a combination of massage and assisted stretching. I limped in awkwardly and walked out feeling 100% better. Her impressive knowledge of anatomy and physiology informs her practice; she does an excellent job of explaining what she is doing and why. Mila has a warm and friendly personality and is a wonderful conversationalist if you feel like chatting. She is also perfectly content to let you enjoy a quiet period of restful relaxation. What a wonderful resource to have as one navigates the issues that come with aging! I can’t recommend her highly enough.

I choose Mila because she works for herself and the surprise that I received from her. Mila is amazing, knowledgeable and very attentive to your needs. Mila will ask you regarding your concerns and will work on the issues that are bothering you. I saw her for lymphatic message and after 4 session I developed a pain on my foot and she completely took away my pain. Every session, I came out feeling great with my body. I made an appointment for repetetive strain and chronic tension issues. Mila consulted with me to get an understanding of what was going on. In the span of just 90 minutes she used a deep tissue massage technique to remove pain that I thought I had to live with for the rest of my life. Mila is a highly experienced and caring professional.
