The tech knew exactly what I meant, and he provided me with a simple solution that did not require a costly service appointment. I did as he suggested and now my garage door closes perfectly. This company is tops! They did a great job installing a new garage door for us a few years ago and we've had zero problems. Last week the door got stuck open. We called MassGarage, and the nicest young man came over the same afternoon and knew exactly how to fix it.

Absolutely hands down lifesaver. After a power outage, I couldn’t get into my house through my garage door which was my only way in to my house since all my doors have devices that need to be opened from the inside ( so my son doesn’t let strangers in). My 7 year old and I were officially locked out. It was cold and raining when this man arrived at my house at 10PM. Less than 30 mins later my garage door was opened. He felt bad about having to charge me (single mom) and he refused to take a tip. Highly recommended for all my garage door needs!!!!
