Empty words and zero follow-through seem to be the standard here. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but another to completely disregard commitments and waste people’s time. If integrity and reliability matter to you, I strongly advise against trusting this service.

Terrible customer service by cashier her name is Paula at Massimo Dutti Dubai Mall , she was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She seemed annoyed when I asked a simple question about shirt size . On top of that, she threw my items carelessly on the side and left without continuing my purchase transaction. If this is how they treat paying customers, I won’t be coming back. Management seriously needs to train their staff on basic customer service

I’m not a person who like to leave bad review, instead I leave a lot of positive reviews to a lot of merchants. But this Massimo Dutti is literally ruining my day. I’ve been to 5+ Massimo Dutti for shopping in Dubai, the clothings are good quality and fantastic design. But the staff at Dubai mall store is the worst team I’ve met in Dubai. Staff are reluctant, doing everything slow, when I picked up my online order in store, it took 2 staff for 10 minutes to find it, it was right in front of the packages the two staff have checked. I’m fine with that. But what’s worse is the attitude, they act like I’m adding extra workload to them, purposely ignore my requests and dealt with other customers. When they finally found the package one of the staff showed a faint sneer. Honestly speaking I did a lot in store and online shopping in Massimo Dutti, this is absolutely the worst experience ever. If you want to shop this brand in Dubai, go to Mall of Emirates, Dubai hills mall, Meracto Mall, they are much better deserved than this one.
