Fun location with lots of local food options. Both produce and ready to eat hot products. They have a eating area inside. There is also an ice cream bar and it is also accessible from the back of the store outside. Popular busy place.

What a great market! We stopped here for the Bakery as the cinnamon buns are excellent and reasonably priced! We went up the light house and took in some history as every level has great information. Nice that it's free and some souvenirs can be purchased. We didn't eat at the lighthouse but I bet it would've been yummy. The market was like a grocery store and even had a nursery full of plants.

Masstown is a one stop shop. Grocery store, bakery, ice cream, creamy and butchershop. Why would you need to go anywhere else? Definitely a must visit if you're in the area

I sent this email to Masstown’s customer service 2 weeks ago and have had no response. Everyone makes a mistake but ignoring the mistake and showing no concern is unacceptable. ……………………. Hi, A couple of months ago we bought an apple crumble pie at your market and I must say it was the best we ever had. We were headed down to Halifax last week to drop my in-laws off at the airport and it goes without saying we were excited to stop at Masstown to pick up a couple more apple crumble pies. We got them home and unfortunately they were not just bad, they were inedible. There was so much spice inside they were black and made my nose twitch. There was obviously an issue in your kitchen. They weren’t just a little off, they were disgusting. Thank-you, Stephen
