WORST CAR OWNERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER. So I have alsvin lumiere 2022. The car barely has barely 50k km on it and Around December 2024 the engine mount started rattling because it got cracked, the flywheel started rattling. Went for a warranty claim and they said we are taking "evidence" and sending it over to the head office. It'll take 2-3 weeks. I waited 2-3 weeks after which they started making excuses that "oh we had a back log we didn't forward your request" after making some noise at their I9 dealership they forwarded the complaint. Fast forward a week from that the gear valve body started giving up and the gear light came on. They took evidence again. To cut it short they replaced all 3 parts and it took them 3 weeks to do so. Now after barely driving the car for 50km the valve body gave up again and since then the car is at the dealership. It's been a month and they can't figure out what to do next. They keep making lame excuses "oh we are doing this we are doing that" NEVER EVER am I buying this piece of crap brand again. And to think I was planning on getting oshan. Guess Toyota cross it is.
