FRAUD alert!!!! These people are scammers. Do not waste your money here. Once you pay the money, consider it gone forever. Do not expect any customer service. Customer satisfaction does not mean anything here. I went there with my friend who got a bangle but it damaged her skin. The owner, Farook’s response was literally “why did you buy this? It’s your fault.” I can’t believe his audacity. Instead of apologizing and offering her something else, he told her why she bought it.

Terrible service. I paid 400$ to get a new opal and claws. The day after i returned because the opal was crooked, and a cloudy white in the entire right side. They grabbed it to fix it and it was still returned crooked still cloudy. 7 months later two claws broke and the opal fell out. Blaming me saying i must have been too ruff with it because it’s impossible it would have broken. Showed them proof of payment through a bank statement showing i paid Master fine jewelry because they couldn’t find me in the system even though i gave them the exact amount with a date and time i picked it up, and wanted me to pay full price to fix again. Will not be going back and would not trust their jewelry.
